Rohini Sindhuri IAS hails from Karnataka. She is an Indian civil servant from the 2009 batch. Collector Rohini secured the 43rd rank in her UPSC CSE. She has done laudable work in her career. Rohini Sindhuri IAS career

Her first duty after cracking the exam was that of an asst. commissioner. At this time, she served in Tumakuru for a year. The officer has served in the IAS for about a decade now. Hence, she has held many posts in her career. Moreover, she has also brought many changes to society. As per Rohini Sindhuri IAS family details, her father is a lawyer. As of 2021, she is 37 years old. She completed her education at the Hyderabad University. The IAS officer was a bright candidate since her school. Hence, she opted for science for her higher education. Collector Rohini was posted as the Mandya District Panchayat Executive Officer. Hence, she served in Bangalore at the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Dept.

She started serving on 10th August 2014. The officer worked hard to implement the Swaccha Bharat Abhiyaan. She promised to build around 1,00,000 toilets under the campaign.

Subsequently, she achieved the target. Hence, Mandya District secured the first position in the state. Moreover, the district also secured the third position in India. She also made provisions to supply drinking water. Hence, a huge amount of INR 6,00,000 was allotted for this project. The officer has worked towards stopping female foeticide in the state. In 2019, she launched the state’s first online complaint filing system. However, 7 months into 2018, the officer had to face transfers. This was under the pressure of a local politician. That is a former minister HD Revanna. However, the officer did not set back due to her transfer. Instead, she filed a petition in the HC against this transfer. Hence, she was again granted the post of DC in Hassan.

She earned fame during her district collector years. Her work and results show that she believes in following a strategy. Hence, her determination to achieve targets is quite high. More than 50 percent of her time is dedicated to working. Finally, when she returns home she ends the day with her children. Mostly, she and her kids prefer reading books during bedtime. Moreover, she has also handled festivities during the pandemic well. Currently, she is working towards full vaccination in her district. Recently, Rohini Sindhuri IAS and one other IAS officer were transferred. This happened over a political spat. Hence, the officer requested withdrawal of the order to the CM. However, her request was denied by the CM. Moreover, she was asked to follow her new responsibilities.
