UPSC has defined some attempt limits for candidates. This helps in the efficient recruitment of young and efficient officers. For the general category, the attempt limit is fixed at 6. Moreover, if you belong to this category, you can appear for the exam till the age of 32 years. OBC candidates have 9 attempts in hand till the age of 35 years. About Anudeept Durishetty

He cracked his exam in his 5th attempt. It was his 5th and final attempt to crack the exam. The officer was 28 years of age when he appeared for the exam. Anudeep Durishetty appeared for the exam in the year 2017. The officer selected Anthropology mains optional subject. Moreover, he is now serving in the Telangana cadre. The officer’s family is close-knit. His father D Manohar is an assistant divisional engineer. He works at the Telangana Northern Power Distribution Company Ltd. Further, the officer’s mother D Jyothy is a homemaker. His hometown is in Metpalli. This is located in the Jagitial district.

Academics

Anudeep Durishetty has been academically very bright. He has very good school grades. Moreover, he also outperformed in his college years. He completed his schooling at Metpalli’s Sri Suryodaya High School. Later, the officer decided to pursue engineering. Thus, he opted for a B.Tech degree in BITS Pilani, Rajasthan. The officer completed his B.Tech degree in 2011. I am sure we all are curious about what made him a civil servant. Anudeep Durishetty was first inclined towards engineering. However, during his B.Tech, the officer started taking interest in civil services. That’s when he started preparing for UPSC CSE. However, he failed his interview test during his first attempt. Due to this, he decided to start working in his field. The officer joined Google India as a software engineer. He started working in Hyderabad.

The officer cleared the exam in his second attempt. However, he was allotted the Indian Revenue Service. Anudeep wasn’t satisfied. Hence, he decided to continue his thirst for IAS. However, the later two attempts were not very fruitful for him. This was the last attempt in his hand. Hence, the officer decided to put give his best this time. Finally, his hard work and efforts paid off well. The officer topped the exam in his final attempt with flying colors.

Anudeep Durishetty’s UPSC CSE Marksheet

The officer topped the exam in the year 2017. We have collected his marksheet details from Anudeep Durishetty’s Blog. Let us look at his marks now. In his UPSC Prelims exam 2017, he scored 108.66 marks on paper I. Moreover, his paper two score was 141.68 marks. Thus, he qualified the prelims with flying colors. In the mains exam 2017, the officer grabbed a total of 155 marks in his essay paper. His score in GS Paper I was 123 marks. Further, in GS II he secured 123 marks. For GS III his score was 136 marks. In GS IV, the officer managed to score 95 marks. During his final attempt, he switched to Anthropology optional subject.

In Optional Paper one, his score was 171 marks. Moreover, in Optional Paper-II his score was 147 marks. Hence, his written exam score comes to 950 marks. Furthermore, his personality test score was 176 marks. Thus, the final score was 1126 marks.

UPSC CSE 2015 Anudeep Durishetty’s Marksheet

Now coming to the mains exam 2015 marksheet, his Paper I score comes to 135. He opted for the Telugu language in his Paper I. Further, his score in Paper II was 125. These were the qualifying papers. Talking about the GS papers now. Anudeep scored 100 marks on his essay paper. His GS I score was 74 marks. Moreover, in GS II his score was 66 marks. In GS III he managed to get 91 marks. For GS Paper V his score was 68 marks. Finally comes the optional subject. Earlier we saw that the officer had opted for Anthropology optional subject in his final attempt. However, during his 2015 attempt, he chose Public Admin.

Let us now look at his optional paper marks. In optional paper one, his score was 75 marks. However, in optional paper one, his score was 91 marks. Thus, his written exam total marks come to 565 marks.
