Further, she is the daughter of a former IAS officer and Janata Dal National President, also a member of Parliament Ramchandra Prasad Singh. Then, her mother is Smt. Girija Devi and she is from Samastipur. Talking about the education, she completed her schooling from DPS, R. K. Puram, and Law Graduate from Delhi University. Lipi Singh’s age is 34 years.

As we have known from above, in the year 2019, she had taken fearless action against Bihar MLA Anant Kumar Singh, who is also known as ‘Chhote Sarkar.’ During the raid at his place, they were able to find a loaded AK-47 rifle, 22 live cartridges, and two bombs. Further, a case against him was filed.  Anant Kumar Singh, Janata Dal (United) before contesting as an Independent candidate in 2015, under the relevant sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and Explosive Act. Therefore, she was doing her duty effectively. After this particular incident, she received the title of Lady Singham of Bihar.
